Welcome to Snider Suppressions & Manufactures. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing products from Snider Suppressions & Manufactures, you confirm that you are legally eligible to own firearm accessories under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Customers must comply with all applicable regulations including ATF requirements for National Firearms Act (NFA) items.
2. NFA REGULATED PRODUCTS
Suppressors and other regulated items sold by Snider Suppressions are subject to approval by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Transfer of these items requires completion of ATF Form 4 or other applicable documentation and approval prior to delivery.
Snider Suppressions is not responsible for delays caused by ATF processing times.
All NFA sales are final once paperwork has been submitted.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Snider Suppressions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to:
• suspected fraud
• violation of applicable laws
• product availability issues
• pricing errors
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be received prior to processing orders. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, electronic payments, or other approved payment processors.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, transfer fees, or dealer fees required for NFA items.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are made in accordance with federal and state laws.
Suppressors and other NFA items must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer and require ATF approval prior to transfer to the purchaser.
Non-regulated accessories may ship directly to customers where legally permitted.
6. PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and safe use of all products.
Snider Suppressions & Manufactures shall not be liable for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or use of incompatible firearms or ammunition.
7. WARRANTY
All suppressors are covered under the Snider Suppressions Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper mounting, or unauthorized modification is not covered under warranty but may be eligible for paid repair services.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Snider Suppressions & Manufactures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, branding, product names, and website content are the property of Snider Suppressions & Manufactures and may not be used without written permission.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
Snider Suppressions reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
